Mr. Wallski aims at getting your purchase delivered to your doorstep as soon as possible. We put a lot of care in the handling and packaging and work with trusted global shipping companies.

Delivered to your doorstep
Mr. Wallski offers free insured global shipping with all orders.

All import costs are included on shipments to EU countries and the USA. Almost all of our (international) shipments are shipped with FedEx. Orders within the Netherlands are sometimes shipped with our own courier service or DPD.

Handled with care (and that takes a bit of time)
The production and processing time vary per print depending on the specifications and details of your order. Fine art prints are shipped within drie business days of ordering.

Special Editions like HD Finish and framed prints are shipped within ten business days. If you order a print in the weekend, your order will be processed the next business day.

We love bubblewrap too
We've spend quite some time in selecting the perfect packaging methods for our products. We work with a reliable partner who's specialized in packaging solutions and we even go as far as hand-building custom-fit wooden boxes in very exceptional cases.

Our fine art prints are carefully rolled up into protective paper and bubblewrap and placed into a sturdy cardboard tube which is then firmly sealed.

Framed artworks and special editions are packed in special (sometimes custom-made) packaging.

We don't like unnecessary risk
Due to risk or unsafe conditions a number of countries are not served by Fedex. Please check this link for a current list of excluded countries.

In addition Mr. Wallski excludes the following destinations: Russia, African countries (except South-Africa) and South American countries (except Mexico). PO-boxes, Army & Naval Bases and Offshore facilities are also excluded as we are unable to guarantee a safe and smooth delivery of our precious cargo to these destinations.

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction
The people at Mr. Wallski and all its affiliates are passionate about their products and services and total customer satisfaction is the number one priority to us. If in any case, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase you can return it within 14 days and we will reimburse the full purchase amount and the original shipping costs to your account.

We inspect every print and its packaging extensively before we send it out. If your order is delivered and you notice extensive damage on the outer packaging, we urge you not to accept the work from the courier. Instead, contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange a replacement product free of charge. Plus we'll handle everything else with the courier service.

If during unpacking your order appears to be damaged, we ask you to contact us within 5 days by sending an email to support@mrwallski.com. Be sure to attach pictures of the damaged work and the damaged packaging. Our support team will contact you as soon as possible for a replacement order.
