Are the artworks on Mr. Wallski also sold somewhere else?

No, only Mr. Wallski and the original artists have the exclusive rights to sell these artworks.

How do I get in touch with the support team?

I want to buy a work, but I'd like to see it in real life first. Is this possible?

No, unfortunately this is not possible. However, we put a lot of energy into our product photography, so the images on our site give a good impression of the actual artwork.

Can I buy a frame with my work?

Yes, fine art prints can be bought separate or framed. We offer a number of high quality frames for you to choose from. For some special art prints the frame is already included in the price.

Do you offer giftcards?

Yes, we do. We offer giftcards in three amounts (50-100-250) in both euros and dollars. You can choose between a digital code send to you in an e-mail of to receive the giftcard in a pretty gift wrapping by post and even have it send directly to the person the gift is intended for.

How does the ordering process work?

At Mr. Wallski the ordering process is really easy peasy lemon squeezy! Just place an art print in your shopping basket. When you click on 'Checkout' you enter the first step of the ordering process where you enter your personal details, such as where the art print should be sent. In the next step you choose a secure payment method and you pay the order. When you have completed the payment, your purchase will be confirmed in the last step of the process and you will also receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Your order will be processed as soon as possible!

Where can I view my order(s)?

When you are logged in to your account, click on the text 'Welcome [your name]' in the upper right corner of the website. Select 'Orders' from the menu. Here you will find an overview of your current and previous orders. Click on the order to see its current status in the ordering process.

How can I pay?

Mr. Wallski offers multiple methods of payment for your purchase. The payment is always sent via a secure connection. You can pay with a VISA, Mastercard and American Express credit card; these cards have a spending limit. You can also pay via Paypal and iDeal. With Paypal you can easily pay anywhere online from, for example, your bank account or credit card. With iDeal you pay online from your bank account. Payment upon receipt (cash on delivery) is possible with an extra charge of €19,45. You pay the courier service by pin / or cash the remaining amount.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Our goal is always to deliver as soon as possible. The production and shipping time varies and depends on the details of the order, such as the chosen material, whether it needs framing and the destination of the package. In general, we ship a limited edition within 3 days (unframed) and a special art print within 10 days. Check the productpage to see the exact shipping time. Since you're buying a quality product that is made with a lot of attention and dedication, we can promise you that it is worth the wait.

Can I track the shipment status of my order?

As soon as your order has been shipped we'll update the order information with a track and trace code and you'll be notified automatically. If you have any questions or concerns about your shipment contact our support team immediately.

I have a complaint. Where do I go?

Are you unsatisfied with a product or our service? Don’t hesitate to tell us. We'll do our best to find a suitable solution as soon as possible. Find out how to reach out to us on the contact page. You will receive a substantive response from us within 14 days of receipt of your complaint. Are you not satisfied with the handling of your complaint? Just submit it to the Home Shop Disputes Committee, Postbus 90600, 2509 LP in The Hague (www.sgc.nl). You can also submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).

What is a fine art print?

A fine art print is a reproduction of an original artwork with a predefined fixed number of replicas. The original artwork can be a painting, (digital) photography or digitally produced art. Each fine art print is numbered, signed and comes with a certificate of authenticity. All our fine art prints are exclusively available at Mr. Wallski.

What is a special art print?

Some artworks are also available as a special art print. Special art prints are issued in lower numbers and produced with superior printing techniques on extraordinary material with a high-end finish. The size of the work is often larger than the original and they come 'ready-to-hang' with a suspension system included.

Can I choose the dimensions of a limited edition art print?

No, the dimensions of the limited edition art prints and the special editions are predefined by the master printer in collaboration with the artist.

Where are the art prints made?

All our art prints are produced by Marcel Salome and his team at Re-Art, one of the top master printers from The Netherlands. They are well known in the Dutch art scene and represent a great number of both national and international artists. Years of experience combined with state-of-the-art technology and using only museum quality materials guarantees the best performance possible.

What is the difference between a regular print and an art print made by Mr. Wallski?

Regular prints are mass produced without attention to quality or resemblance with the original artwork. At Mr. Wallski we only go for the best of the best. Our master printer is affiliated with the Giclee Printers Europe Association and meets the European standard for high quality art prints. The product you buy at Mr. Wallski is a Certified Art Giclee ™, meaning it is made with the best equipment available using precious archival inks on acid-free materials. What is a certificate of authenticity?

A certificate of authenticity is provided with every limited edition art print, signed by the artist and our master printer. The certificate is a proof of ownership indicates which issue from the edition you have, with the numbers corresponding with the ones on the front or back of the art print.

What materials are used for the art prints?

All prints are made with museum quality materials. Our master printer offers a wide range of materials, techniques and finishes and advises the artist on the most suitable choices for his type of work.

Do you offer any warranty on the art prints?

For all items that you buy from us, the legal warranty applies. Legal warranty means that a product is or must do what the consumers can reasonably expect. In addition, Mr. Wallski offers a lifelong guarantee of quality and colour retention, provided that you treat the print correctly. This guarantee does not affect the legal warranty. Keep the print in a dry place and preferably out of direct sunlight, do not roll it too tight and always wear gloves when handling the print.

Will a limited edition ever be reissued?

No, a limited edition will never be reissued. Some of the works are very popular with collectors so make sure you don't miss out on the action.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

No, shipping is always free and insured at Mr. Wallski!

Are there any additional costs for customs/import?

All prices include tax and customs/import duties as per European law.

How is my order shipped?

We work with a reliable partner who's specialized in packaging solutions and we even go as far as hand-building custom-fit wooden boxes in very exceptional cases. Mr. Wallski offers free insured global shipping with all orders and all import costs are included on shipments to EU countries and the USA. Almost all of our (international) shipments are shipped with FedEx. Orders within the Netherlands are sometimes shipped with our own courier service or DPD.

I have bought a work, but I am not satisfied. Can I return it?

How are the artists on the platform selected?

Our art committee searches online and offline for the best, most original, influential and often trendiest artists in the scene. We aim for a nicely balanced mix of styles and genres to offer on the platform, but most of the works are contemporary art.

What is the role of the artists in the process?

The artist is closely involved throughout the process, starting with the selection of the works and the number and type of editions that will be made from them, followed by the proofing process in which the original work is scanned and the digital file is calibrated for the chosen printing technique. Together with the master printer the proof print is checked meticulously and when satisfied, the artist signs off on the Artists' Proof. Only then will the work be added to the platform.

I am an artist and I want to promote my work on Mr. Wallski, is this possible?
